Rainbow wooleater snuggly

I have been meaning to post my finished rainbow Wooleater Blanket for a while.  I finished it a couple of months ago and A1 quickly laid claim to it.  It is now her snuggly, so much for my plans for a camping blanket! I used a rainbow pack of wool I bought from the craft show last year- it is Biggan Design.  Such vibrant colours, they really made me happy.  The wool in between the coloured rows is Bendigo Luxury 8 ply in stone.
Our annual pilgrimage to Flea Creek for Mother's Day was lovely but cold.  The girls seemed happy enough to run around exploring and playing frisbee.  I snuggled up next to the campfire and read on my wonderful Mother's Day gift- my new kindle.  When we got home I had a lovely roast dinner cooked for me- the perfect end to a perfect day.

  2. OMG that blanket looks AWESOME! I'm still working on the one that I had at the last Brown Owls I saw you at - but now I've seen this I should probably get my wriggle on. It looks amazing! Just wonderful. Love it!
